Today's e-commerce customers are bombarded with a multitude of notifications across different channels when they complete a purchase, many without the option to unsubscribe or turn-off. Tracking orders involves sifting through emails, navigating unique agency pages, and dealing with order information dispersed across different pages.
In this delivery component design I explored a centralized solution. All relevant order information is now in one place, in one component. I prioritized visual design for clear status updates scannability and leveraging fast interactions and animations to feel fluid. The customer is able to customized the notifications and be aware of any action available in each delivery stage. This focus on clarity reduces the need for customers to contact support, improving overall satisfaction and experience
